CEO ALSO SAID HE WILL ALSO CHANGE THE COMPANY'S NAME ENTIRELY IN TANDEM WITH RS/UL.

So all common shareholders will own under 700 thousand (yes thousand ) shares of a company with a different name. Everything about to change any minute now.
