Always be sellers for shorty's to cover? Are you sure about this? I believe that it is conceivable for MMs to sell more shares than for which there are certs in the vault (so to speak). If the company has bought up all the float but there are say i.e, 1,000,000 shares short, and the company won't sell any shares....It's gonna be real interesting to say the least!!
