I do understand your points but from a side, this whole situation looks like a reverse ponzi scheme, when people who got shares earlier from toxic financing are racing to cash them in at a higher prices as soon as possible, because there are multiple toxic financings right behind them, so if the don't squeeze whatever they can, then they are going to loose to the next batch, and vicious cycle goes on. when people claim that SUNW is a legit company, they much act like a legit company with different instruments at hand such as revolving credit, loans, cash........ They don't have to do bottom line toxic financing, they can do straight equity financing but Nelson want to quickly enrich his close circle that is the problem. NO I don't buy it that "they had no choice other than toxic financing", if they had to earlier, why is he continuing, why is he "managing company" 400 miles away, why he keeps total control of everything..............imo
