I know 8 others that have filed as well . Rick Shykora and James Shipley both together have bragged to others in how much they have stolen from investors . Please you have no idea about these guys and you don't even bother to look. So please don't tell me what I should do and others should do. These people need to be stopped and reported ! COBI is a SCAM !

Plenty of people have said the same look at his other scams he has actively going on pinks and you'll see clearly that there is nothing but down right FRAUD!
