Hello fellow HISC shareholders

I spoke to Ian late yesterday.
He said the following:

1)The EVSI Reverse merger (R/M) is still a go.
The reason for the EVSI 8K filing was because the SEC thought the filing was for a merger of the two companies. They had to refile for the reverse merger.

2) Frank Moody will still be over the new OTCBB company.

3) They are still planning to do the 1/10 R/S of EVSI prior to paying out the dividends to the loyal HISC shareholders.

4) They are going to use this new company as a type ot a holding company, and have several things lined up.

5) The HISC will not be applying for an uplist to the OTCBB, or a higher exchange in the near future. They want to concentrate their efforts on SALES & REVENUES. Thank God.

6) There will be several releases coming out soon to explain a lot of what is being done.

7) They are aware of the O/S and the PPS and are as concerned as anyone else, since they are all major shareholders.

8) They said that they would not do a reverse splitt (R/S) in a point of weakness, which is where we are right now. If a R/S were to occur in the future, it would be done in a point od strength. Possibly to lift us to a major exchange. BUT... No talk of a R/S is presently happening.

To those who keep saying HISC are a scam, liars, crooks, etc.....
You have the option to sell, instead of bashing. No one told you to buy. It was by each of our own decisions we chose to invest in this fine company. If you are dissatisfied, no one is to blame but yourselves. Not Frank Moody, or the company.

It was because of the potential we saw, that we invested here. That potential is still there.
