My take on the recent 8k filing is positive, because deal is now confirmed by gdsi to go to closing. This action by GDSI tells me the lawer opinion letter must have been favorable.
Now when it comes to Rontan they claim to only have "plans" to terminate, they are leaving wiggle room there. Why!,I don't know except potentially to exploit more money etc. from GDSI. I plan to take my "Que" from the market action, as the stock price is truth. Take notice on how positive the initial reaction was during the trading session on a friday.
