Manipulation has a purpose. I don't know what that purpose is.

Candlewood owns way too much peix shares. Whatever manipulation is going on they are at the root of it.

Not sure if this is a takeover attempt? I think if this was takeover attempt Neil would have flooded market with new shares.

I honestly think we are headed for buyout. But then I dont know why keep pps so low. To trap shorts?
