This is a complete fallacy. TALK is a delinquent filer. The UMS 2015 audit is not filed. TALK needs fiscal years 2013 and 2014 re audited to be SEC compliant, plus the 2015 10-K that was due December 15th 2015. Quarterly filings are also missing.

Beware of the hype stock TALK. The story presented does not match the reality.
