But those losses remain with the shell. Just like the liabilities (notes), the losses (read in...assets), follow the shell. If, and when, there is revenue, these carry-forward losses will reduce the tax burden. This is only supposition at this point. If indeed it did play out that way, that, in itself, would be a good reason to r/m with this shell. IMHO
