I am more concerned about eliminating yet another empty company, with unethical leaders, that makes the OTC market place reek of corruption as well as criminal behavior. While the SEC does not have the thru put to chase all of these cases, a small investor, with precedent in the eyes of any court, via my shares, does. As for the lawyers, they would work it pro bono for the experience they would gain in securities court. Expect to have an answer by the end of the week. Cheers
