I was following a r/m a couple of years ago where the shell (can't remember the ticker) had considerable tax losses which transferred to the new owners. That's instant equity for a profitable company and a very good reason to seek out such a shell. I don't know the tax situation with DIDG.....that could be the play here along with the relative ease of taking a private company public. It's a win for Gary any way you look at it.
