To me it shows lack of common sense/leadership by the company. If they do not need the Nevada filing, then they should file to make their registration inactive, not have public records showing they owe over $12,000 to the state. It should only take them 5 mins to do the filing. But then again, they can't even take 5 minutes to update the shareholders on what is going on with the company. So i'm guessing they would rather keep a delinquent status that anyone checking on the company to do due diligence can see.
