The frame will cost TRTC shareholders 50% of all net profits going forward for the next 10 years, or 60 million dollars - whichever is higher. Also, series B, C, D, E, R, Q, and Z shareholders get 50 million bonus shares at .09 convertible to double the O/S. If the price of the frame goes down, the shares are doubled. Also, we're buying Michael James grandpas house assets for 1.2 million dollars. I heard he has a boat.
