My buddy actually got in on a stock a few years back with just a couple hundred bucks when the company was .0001 so you're talking a couple million shares. The thing rocketed to penny land an he made 6 figures but it never happened again for him. It really could happen to any stock. We know BIEI has the potential to hit a nickel we seen it back in december. If you get in low enough and things start happening and this does launch back up to even 2-3 cents you'll make out nicely.
