I would imagine that if this is true, there wasn't sufficient "evidence" to prove any wrongdoing, or specific violation. I think people are just becoming impatient. That's not the company's fault, nor is it a crime to wait until a deadline to file a form. Please post the evidence so we can understand your point of view better. Nothing better than proof, right?
