Yup, but funny how Ch 11 often gets (intentionally?) misconstrued with the typical outcomes of Ch 7.

With GGC taking a majority interest in PSUN, it would not be totally unheard of that GGC takes PSUN private eventually, but only after first buying existing s/h out.
