This whole scam theory makes no sense to me. Why would UMS a company that started in 2009 with first year revenue of 800K plus and has grown to over 16 million in revenue, want to risk being involved in a scam that could ruin the company. I understand that a RM helps them go public a a greatly reduced cost. That makes sense to me. What is the scam? How is Talk and UMS scamming investors? One other thing, were getting close to the deadline for filing and all of a sudden the negativity and accusations against Talk has exploded. Why?
