It's so strange. Aguiluz' Facebook and Twitter don't so much as mention the deal (which you'd think would be a pretty big coup for him), and everything else about it points to a scam. But why would DNRG create a fake company to acquire when there seem to be actual, legitimate, deals going on, especially when the fake deal hasn't done anything for their bottom line? So much about this doesn't add up...
