I wondered what significance 7 year old financials could possibly have to the "new" TALK, so I scanned through the link you provided. Nothing jumped out at me except for the box checked as a shell company. Companies that were identified as shells at some point in their history are bad news.
Together with the fraudulent financials that TJ did, plus involvement of Laura Anthony.....well, there is nothing but big trouble coming here, IMO. No early retirement, and no victory party in Vegas (or Thailand) coming for anybody here, except insiders maybe. Just another penny stock scam, same old story.
I have a feeling it will start unraveling pretty quickly within the next week, when it is apparent no filings are coming. Trips will come shockingly quick.
