That's exactly what I'm saying when I'm saying $2 price target. If you read the LibSyn SEC filing, you'll see that FAB shareholders will receive shares of LibSyn of 1 to 1 - 1000.

Those shares, in my opinion, are going to hit $2. So by buying Fab now, I think we can see huge gains during IPO.
