big money can buy AH at an agreed upon price. they can buy 5 mill or 50 mill..... my best guess is someone bought they big block and then also agreed on the small block @ 4.49 to make it look like a sell unless you look on your trading platform/scottrade at the single tick level.

so, IMO they bought and made it look like a sell, perhaps to keep other from piling in just yet?
