gdepc, no I am not 100% sure. Just very sure. I have bounced this deal off of my buds in the business and have passed along thoughts that they have given me. I think that VC guys who believe in synDNA and could arrange to have the preferred positions that I have mentioned might do so, but only at the expense of the current stockholders, ie, me! and maybe you.
