Janice if that is the case why didn't they bust PAIV? Same thing, they sold restricted shares (that the brokers let them) and this traded a month that way so I bet plenty were sold that weren't supposed to..imo

You know the brokerages are just going to say you are responsible to know what you own..I am sure it is in the fine print of all their agreements.
