gutaquest, venture capital investors are not an option for CYGX except to the huge disadvantage of the current stockholders in a company like this one. The VC guys will want superior positions to the present owners in the form of bonds and debentures as well as stock at preferred prices. Should the company not be able to live up to promised schedules and deadlines (are you ready for that? LOL) they would insist on contractual arrangements to buy more stock at extremely preferred prices, and perhaps have some new directors of their own appointed to the Board. VC guys also look to gain from the failure of companies like ours by retaining the bulk of the tax-loss carry-forwards so they can fold a new, more promising company into a cleaned-up corporate shell. This company should continue to bumble along as they do until they reach success or failure. It would be nice to have a business person as CEO as this management team does not have the background to take this to the next level, if any, JMHO.
