The facts are this, currently the O/S are 1.9B and the proposed A/S is 500M. If that is approved they will need to turn 1.9B shares into 500M shares.... Pssst(whispers) That's called a R/S!

The only questions are....

1) How big of a R/S will it be?
2) Will they announce it before or after it takes effect?
And...
3) When will all this happen?
