Blackburn does not have nor has he ever had the books hiding them from the SEC.

After 18 months of these hideous crimes against shareholders and investors alike, UNDER THE NOSE OF THE SEC, even while they are investigating Treaty everyone knows that the allegations have not been backed up. At least with a link date later than Jan 1, 2016.
