Now I don't know how well this theory will bode with everyone, but what if the drop in pps is just a master plan of Sandy to try and do another buyback for cheap?... He has to hit his goal of 1 billion shares right?... It's easier to hit that target when the pps is at .0002 than when it's at .001...
