The upcoming 10-K should be an interesting document to read.
It should be due in about a week or two.

These shysters have to be careful what the say in their 10-K
because it's an audited legal document. If they exaggerate
in their 10-K like they do in their press releases, they
could be in trouble.

For example, what will they say about what's happening in their
phantom factory in Vidalia, Georgia?

How about what's going on in EK Labs? I would think that
the millions that they raised in private equity financing
should produce more than the meager pictures that are shown
on this message board. What they show in EK Labs in Longwood,
Florida certainly doesn't look like millions of investments
went into it. It makes it look like a lot of that money
went into the fat cat executive's pockets!

Also, how about the $25,000,000 "mystery millions" from South
Africa?

Didn't that press release come out 11 months ago?

Where is the money?

The 10-K will be interesting indeed!
