Selling has been ramping up. Why wouldn't it? Circadian pulled a rabbit out of a hat to get to half a penny with ZERO catalyst.

That is truly pulling a rabbit out of a hat.

Dilution waiting as soon as RS hits. Longs say they're excited for the RS/uplist but that will bring an avalanche of shares.

Jim also said he will probably change the name of the company in tandem with the share structure changes.
