Do a reverse merger into a public shell, pay maybe $1M to do it and keep 99% of his shares. If the stock is really worth $15/share, do a private placement at that price to raise money and get some liquidity.
That makes alot more sense than what they did, which is essentially to give over half of CVSU to pre-existing FHAL shareholders
