Actually, they are a growing company with a merger with another shell company. So in that respect, you are right. They could be titled as a parasitic non-conforming paper company. Simply put, an elaborate maketing ploy. There is no oil with NDOL except in the name. Only a few people actually understand that. They did a good job of convincing you guys.
