Golfbum, JV is a subsidiary of AMD. AMD is responsible for manufacture and sales (through JV's sales force), there is one report of profit & loss, and then it is split out according to the 60/40 ownership of the business between AMD and Fujitsu. Fujitsu no longer has active participation, at least as I understand it, kind of like a silent partner.
