I heard the interview, and his answer didn't make any sense.

He said at first CVSU shareholders were upset, but now they are ok with it, they think the share price will go up.

But if the share price were to go up alot, that would mean what they gave away is even more valuable.

They gave away over half of the company! Why would they do that?

The only thing that makes sense is that what they gave away has no value.
