Is CEO-Bill-Wright afraid of SEC-Filings???
Why is he afraid of filing when he is contemplating to move to a higher exchange. I don't understand you, why are you doing this just to bring the price down? well you have had a good opportunity to do so all these time. Now this is going to move slowly but steadily to multi penny stock.
