Why would someone be a CEO of a worthless penny stock?

To sell shares and scam people's money by selling false hopes and dreams.

What a great product Wolfshot is.. The trademark coming from the former CEO that came on just to take salary for doing nothing.
But at least we can be content that urban art is being put up to market a product that you can't buy from any retail outlet!
