I've asked this multiple times and I no one has responded back with anything that changed my mind, but I was under the impression back in the fall they released pretty openly that they were running simultaneous PhaseI/PhaseII trials. I keep seeing folks talk about Phase II coming, but I think they are already in that process, no?

"The company has received notification from the US Food and Drug Administration to proceed with combination Phase I/ II clinical trial for OXS-1550"

"Oxis' lead drug candidate, OXS-1550, is in Phase 1/Phase 2 clinical trial at the University of Minnesota Masonic Cancer Center as a treatment for non-Hodgkins lymphoma and leukemia.

"TAMPA, Fla., Nov. 23, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Oxis Biotech, Inc. (OXIS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Oxis International, Inc. [OTC: OXIS] and [Euronext Paris: OXI.PA] announced today its collaborators at the University of Minnesota Masonic Cancer Center received notification from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) that they can proceed with their planned combination Phase 1/Phase 2 clinical trial for OXS-1550. Oxis holds worldwide exclusive rights to develop and commercialize OXS-1550, a novel therapy for the treatment of leukemia and lymphoma.
