this alone makes it undervalued vs $6 market cap.

insider buying too and now Compliance with Nasdaq Listing Requirements,and there are only 2.9m O/S. Siged an Executes Joint Venture Agreement 2 weeks ago,and executing on the new strategy announced in recent shareholder letter.

i had been on several rs's,if it for a good reason and the company has a solid Business it all good.
