None. There is no liquidation of assets or otherwise. It's a restructure of debt under the protection of the courts basically. It's actually goood news IMO! Most of the time in BK filings operations cease and liquidation occurs but not here. See quicksilver and sports authority for recent BK cases where they stopped businesses and liquidated (or are in the process of).
