I have read every sec filing on NDOL. Unfortunately, NDOL used to be a chinese media company which filed for a name change to BTSI or Bio security systems inc whiched file for a name change to NDOL, which has filed for a merger with another shell company North West Oil Group. THEY are all SHELL COMPANIES. There is no oil production or future oil production here. This is media/ market wire hype. Sort of like "Boiler room". There are no filing with Nasdaq to move to the OTCBB. Originally incorporated in FL, so called home office in Montreal? Does business only in Russia / India? C'mon people!! This is very elaborate scam. Sell immediately and do not every trade in the Pink sheets. You have no idea what forces are working against you.

I own no NDOL as I have done extensive DD with Sec and Nasdaq. Feel free to call them yourself.
