Actually that's the thing about Supreme Court rulings...they are generally on points of law which there is not clear guidance or have not been previously addressed....and virtually certainly - personal belief does not carry the finding[/i].

If that was the case neither republican nor democratic would care who the next supreme court judge would be.
Precedent
One thing about a precedent a new one can be created in the very next ruling. By the way it happens all the time.
It would only take one ruling to set a new precedent, and if upheld could clear the way for SPNGQ shareholders to claim their theft lost.
