Apollo Capital Group is the company in NY that bought all of the convertible notes from various lenders last year. They have finished 2015 and prior notes we think and own 35K worth of convertible notes from February that are not convertible until July 25th of this year.

ApolloBet is the sport book we bought in UK. It was put under SeanieMac Holdings and Leon Hosking was given stock and made a Director. He is great guy to have on board.

There is another unrelated Apollo company we may be involved with but that is not confirmed yet.
