Its not a pump, lol. It's actually an ultrasonic generator that produces steam to turn a turbine and generate electricity, all in one small package. The advantage over conventional steam generators is the energy savings on account of the proprietary cavitation process, and it's portability.

There's two kinds of units: the water unit is solely used to produce steam for the purpose of removing contaminants/minerals and purifying water. The oil unit is used to generate power (as described above) required for upgrading crude oil by fractional distillation. The oil unit itself has nothing to do with the distillation process, nor is it used to pump oil. It's nothing but a steam generator.
