What exactly does "Naked Short List" mean? Who can sell shares that don't exist? My very first post was questioning who was selling at .15-.30 based on the stock first coming to market at $1.35 - I didn't and still don't understand. Can anyone explain? I am VERY new to this and learning as much as I can. Any help is much appreciated.
