GoPro, Inc. (GPRO)

GPRO was HEAVILY SHORTED as the market did NOT believe GPRO was leveraging their brand & extending their product reach; WHILE many other copycats made their entry & began competing with GPRO for market-share. In addition, GPRO failed to meet earnings RIGHT OUT OF THE GATE, then announced a reduction in guidance going forward. Not a great start by ANY measure. Definitely NOT in support of 3x IPO offering/entry-price.

So, the circumstances regarding GoPro are different than for those of Twitter & the other relatively WELL-KNOWN IPO's of late.

We'll see how GPRO responds but it's reasonable to ASSUME there will be MORE DOWNSIDE before the stock has reason to return to previously, & perhaps prematurely, former HIGHS.

I guess time will tell: ALWAYS DOES!!
