Here is the problem I have with Marco Hegyi. It's no secret that they are cash strapped and are paying debt via dilution.

If my company lost 1/3 of its value in less than 2 weeks, you can be rest assured that I am going to do whatever it takes to make my shareholders comfortable. After all, without investors this company is gone.

I hold a large position in this company. But seriously question my stake in it as it appears there are bigger problems that lie ahead.
