That's what happens when one seller just hits enter from .002 to .0015. Computers take awhile to fill it as it doesn't want to execute all at once. What'll happen is the computers will correct themselves back to .0017-.002 once it's depleted

When people don't understand the behind the scenes, they sell thinking massive selloff taking place. Only a few get sucked in though most of the time
