He was selling franchises, did not need to spend crazy money on a Call Center, which was probably his way to try and measure store sales. He did not have to waste money like that. When people want a pizza, they call the store direct, order and pick up or have delivered. No one wants to call a Call Center to place a freaking Pizza Order!
