Truth in Posting.

.0085 another new low.

Not true, on 03/24/09 SCRH traded at $ 0.003 cents U.S.

How to turn a great growth/Value story into a pos by Robert Gans.

Give yourself a 180K bonus in addition to the bonus you are already paying yourself through your "Hardware company".

Not true. According to the quarterly reporting, Mr. Gans worked for years for nothing and now that the company has been "turned around", he has been compensated for his efforts.

Hire a crony at 130K per year.

Not true. The 130K per year is going to a listed company employee (the last report) who of course is not required to work for nothing. He was directly involved in building out the new club contracts. His name? Read the report!

This had so much potential. Now I am left hoping it makes a move on a strong 2nd or 3rd q report. If it does, it will happen without a pr because when your a ceo using a publicly traded company to siphon of the cash flow in the form of bonuses you just don't care about the PPS or the shareholders in general. No wonder people avoided this despite consistent growth in revs and profits.

Not true. The company has now reached the point where it will be able to expand/make profit/and expand the ROI. Mr. Gans mentioned in the past that he would not spend money on worthless PRs to pump the company. He said he would grow the company by results of revenue and profit.

Thanks to bonuses and cronies the bottom line is now the same as it was when revs were 1/3 what they are now. Sickening. IMO!

Not True at all! The Company paid off debt/lawsuits/expanded the scope of operations and has now started paying its employees and all without one new issued share. No dilution under Mr. Gans control. Very sound management for sure. No one is being forced to purchase SCRH. Make your own decision. Remember, it is your money.

I have talked to Mr. Gans and his new manager in the past and they were nice enough to spend their time (Time is Money) talking to me and explaining their ideas on growth and results instead of worthless PR reports. All according to plan. Whatever you do, do not let doom and gloom statements influence your investing. For example, the statements above were all not true. SCORES HOLDING HAS TURNED THE CORNER.
