And yeah, keep mixing what some posters said over the years with what the company actually said. Never heard the co. say eliminates the need for VMware, if you dont really understand the difference between VDI and application containerisation...then...oh wait! I heard somewhere there was a very clever new play dumb strategy...

Sphere 3D actually offers solutions and appliances for BOTH and dont worry the markets are very attractive!
Talking about the VDI market, I even heard a company called Orchard Parc tried to get into just the VDI market for healthcare (with no solutions of its own no less), but miserably failed at it with its VP Development now surrendered to "developing" and getting paid for posts on ihub...The horror stories out there...
Somebody should have told "it" so.
