I share the same thoughts as well!
All companies have challenges i.e financing, NDA, compliance, etc.
and this is normal in the OTC world.

Considering how big the Medical Marijuana market is in California, this should bring them tremendous revenue. So it's just a matter of time until they file their financials and announce news IMO.
